
About Jamie Ogilvy
My name is Jamie I am a Mum, Olympic weightlifter, Researcher, Strength coach for wāhine who juggle whānau, careers, and everything in between.
I didn’t start lifting seriously until I was in my 30s, and it changed everything.
Now, I combine science, lived experience, and cultural understanding to help wāhine train with confidence, fuel their bodies well, and feel strong in every sense of the word.
