Generic Food Plan
The generic nutrition plan for women is a basic food plan that can be used for those who are wanting to follow a basic low-cost nutrition plan based on a calorie intake of 1800 – 2000 calories. This plan includes four options for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and morning and evening snacks. Each meal/snack has a good balance of protein, carbohydrates, and fats. Included are also general recommendations and examples of pre-workout fuel for general training.
Please note that this is a generic food plan for a healthy well-balanced diet, it does not count into consideration food allergies, food preferences, or any medical conditions.

What is next?
You will receive an email with the food plan and a video explaining how the plan works. This email will also give you access to the online google meeting where you can ask any questions.

Payments
Payments must be set up or made in full before we commence coaching or before you will receive access to the products. You may pay by PayPal or direct credit to your bank account. If paying by bank account, payment must be shown before we commence the program.
